Each session will incorporate hands-on crafts, creative projects, interactive activities, and discussion-based learning to make important topics engaging, approachable, and fun. Activities are designed to encourage self-reflection, connection, confidence-building, and skill development while creating opportunities for meaningful peer interaction.
To enrich the experience, Harborside Health & Wellness will partner with local community professionals and subject-matter experts who will help facilitate discussions and provide education on relevant topics. Guest speakers may include professionals in nutrition, fitness, women's health, education, and other areas that support adolescent wellness and development.
The group combines education, peer support, creativity, and community collaboration to help participants feel more confident, connected, and empowered.
Our goal is to create a supportive community where girls can build confidence, develop healthy habits, strengthen relationships, and discover that they are not alone in the challenges of growing up.
