Taylor Selke, MSN, RN, PMHNP-BC, is a board-certified psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner who brings warmth, clinical expertise, and a deep commitment to holistic, family-centered care. She works with individuals ages 4 to 40, specializing in child, adolescent, and young adult mental health as well as a particular passion for supporting women’s mental health during pregnancy and the postpartum period.

Taylor takes a team-based approach to care, collaborating closely with families, schools, and outside providers to create comprehensive, individualized treatment plans. She believes in treating the whole person, and often looks beyond medication to identify other effective supports and interventions, such as therapy, behavioral strategies, and community resources.

Her clinical experience includes working with neurodiverse individuals, including those on the autism spectrum, as well as supporting patients with anxiety, ADHD, and depression. She is committed to the use of evidence-based practices.
Taylor’s philosophy centers on meeting patients and families where they are, building trust, and empowering them to be active participants in the healing process. She believes that mental health care is most effective when it’s collaborative and strengths based. Taylor recognizes that mental health isn’t just shaped by what’s happening inside someone, but also by the circumstances and systems around them.

As a mother of three young children, Taylor understands firsthand the critical role of caregivers in supporting emotional and behavioral health. She strives to create safe, affirming spaces where patients and families feel heard, respected, and supported throughout their journey.

Taylor holds a Master of Science in Nursing from University of Rhode Island and Bachelors of Science in Nursing from Belmont University.
